I don't know how they stay in business. Communication is horrible.had two toilets backed up a tech came out and cleared the line. The very next day it was backed up again.i called the company the next day which was on a Saturday and the dispatcher stated no plumbers were working that day.the dispatcher stated that early Monday morning he would have a plumber at my house.moday came I waited all day and numerous calls to no avail.somebody from the office calls me at 7 pm stating the next day Tuesday a plumber would be assigned... read more

David did a great job in describing to me what was involved with the annu al check up of my air conditioner and I valued his recommendation to install a Start Assist to my compressor and why it was important to consider this device. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and I was impressed with his positive attitude.

My wife of 40 years recently passed away and I had to sell my house. Just before it was to be inspected the kitchen faucet began leaking. I called Unique Services to get a replacement faucet. When the technician arrived I was told it would cost $1,031. I foolishly agreed (I haven't been thinking clearly since my wife passed). I later realized that I was grossly overcharged and contacted the company to see if an adjustment could be made on the charge. Had a leaky bath faucet and because I have their Home Service Plan they were out within a couple hours. Plumber explained everything that needed to be done and was very patient and answered all my questions on different options on fixing or replacing on both the bath faucet and sink faucet. Repairs were done quickly and no mess left behind. As always very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.
