I have used Aksarben ARS before and being a monthly service customer they came right out to replace my water heater right away. Jeff the tech they sent got right to work and did the work in a timely manner cleaned up everything explaining the use and operation of the heater. I am very pleased with the service and staff at Aksarben ARS.

Always professional. Henri was awsome in servicing our HVAC during COVID-19 - we felt very well taken care of and prepared for warmer summer weather.
Kenny did a really thorough job in making an improvement to our heating/air conditioning system. He was very experienced. He had been with the company a long time and had a wealth of knowledge that can only come from years of experience. He was also very warm, friendly, and thoughtful. He came in the worst week of the Ohio COVID epidemic and he was clearly very sensitive to safety, something we both valued as we are over 65.
I would like to thank **** ****** for providing excellent customer service today. He took the time to explain all of my options to consider while planning a new heat pump install. He was very respectful, answered all of my questions and concerns at length, and was very personable. **** ** is an absolute asset to the ARS team! Many, many thanks!!!!!

They were able to replace our water heater the next day. Really friendly and professional two guys did the work. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is they "couldn't " give me a breakdown between parts and labor. This seems like a reasonable ask.

Very friendly and dependable service. Joe D**** does a great job as a technician and is always straight forward in explaining the issues he encounters with our HVAC.
Nick, the service tech was very thorough in servicing our A/C unit. He replaced the air filter and checked the complete unit for any issues. He also made a recommendation that we install an air purifier system in order to remove bacteria from the duct work. We are considering getting it installed as soon as finances improve.
