I just had my kitchen sink faucet replaced. The bill was $900. The faucet only cost $8.75 according to the technician. I have no ill will towards the person they sent to my home. I blame ARS corporate for bloated, excessive administrative fees.

on a regular service visit, deterioration of our unit was noticed. new unit was needed , worked out a deal and serviced right away. they came well protected , courteous , respected our property, cleaned up, Got us right on track . thanks for all those that serviced us!!!

Jerod, the Right Time plumber was professional, courteous and efficient when installing a new garbage disposal unit for us. I called Right Time on Friday night and Jerod arrived early Saturday morning to complete the job and it was a job well done.
The service was excellent. The service man was friendly, efficient and on time. The company provided him with a mask and gloves for protection which I greatly appreciated for both of us. Thank you.

I’ve been a ARS customer for over 10years, as they provided the unit in our home when it was built. In those 10 years, they have never let us down. I am impressed with ARS professionalism, and customer care. The team did an amazing job building us a new HVAC system in our older home which had no ductwork. They were punctual, professional, and left the house and crawlspace clean. The saleswoman, Nova, was a genuine, no-pressure, gentle but extremely knowledgeable professional that helped us learn so much and come up with the best system for our house.
