From beginning to end with a HVAC system purchase and installation, my experience was an exceptionally positive one. Everybody that I interacted with was friendly, professional, fully invested in the work, and responsive to questions.
Air Conditioner went out in the 4th of July. Worthington Air made an appointment for the same day. Thomas was on time and fixed the problem within 30 min. Professional, courteous and followed all COVID safety protocols.
Trevor did a great job of painstakingly evaluating our situation and considering all the options. He took his time to explain the work that he did and was very considerate in the process.
Made an appointment for a/c service for between 9 and 1 on Saturday. No call, no one showed up. I called at 1:00 to inquire and then was told that they were overbooked. I asked why no one had contacted me to say they were overbooked and to re-schedule. The person on the phone just sat there and then finally said, well, we are overbooked and very busy. Josh **** installed our new Rheems hot water heater and not only was he polite, courteous, and professional, his installation work and attention to detail more than met my expectations. I would gladly have him return to perform other ARS work. My only regret is that he had to endure one of the hottest days of the year; but, he did it without a single complaint. Thanks Josh, I appreciate you and your assistant for all your effort.
