It was so easy. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job.
The Cloud 9 phone and cleaning staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a window that was pretty hard to reach and they were able to access it and clean it with no problem. However, they did leave a few streaks and left one of the screens off. I also had to remind them there were two windows in the bedrooms that did not get cleaned. Overall, did they did a good job and I would hire them again.

They get all 5 stars across the board. This is the 2nd time. I used HomeAdvisor and I am very grateful for it as a place i would go since I am new to the area. and they are vested in supporting and providing local companies advertising.
Cloud 9 did a fantastic job, showed up on time, reviewed exactly what they were going to do and completed the job on time and right on budget. I would highly recommend them.
Ben worked by himself. He was very professional and did what I had asked. Windows look great!
