Super professional, responsible from the first contact, did a really thorough job on my couch and chair, pleasant staff onsite. I will hire them again!
Technician was very nice and professional. Job was done on time and the carpets look very good.
They were ON TIME which is a real plus to begin with and they were extremely helpful & professional. Would gladly use them again or reccomend to others.
A cloud 9 rep called me immediately after requesting service on a Friday and was able to get someone out to our house on a Saturday. They were on time and very courteous. I would definitely use them again. They also accepted Visa and MasterCard which was very helpful.

Did an excellent job. Glad that I used the dry method as it rained most of the week. They came right on time and did the job in about 3 hours. I expected about 1.5 hours so I really was surprised with the low price and excellent quality.
