They were quick to respond and call me. They were quick to set up an appointment for cleaning. The work was done very well and at a very fair price for what we needed completed. We have booked them for the next several months and will continue to do so as long as the quality and price stays the same.

If there were a 6 star rating I would rank Uriel the technician there. He was very professional and knowledgeable and an educator as well. He explained what he was doing ,how he was doing it, and why. He was very aware of my needs as a senior citizen who needed assistance because of a physical disability and went out of his way to be certain I was safe in a changing environment. very nice people, they were running a little late for the appointment but called ahead twice with updates etc.. Did a great job and very satisfied.

Cloud 9 was great! They were quick to answer my request and were able to fit my project in the next day. Mike did a great job -- he was fast, careful, thorough and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them!
