The person was professional, wore shoe covers in the house and did a good job. My problem is with Jeremy the owner. I was having this service done for my daughter as a new home to her gift. Even though I was the person at the home and the only contact person, he insisted on having my daughters phone number for reference and I told him not to call her. Nevertheless, he had the worker call her (at work) when the worker was going to be early, text her at 5:30 AM for a review (she had been asleep for 3 hours and it woke her up) ... read more

Cloud nine contacted me within 5 minutes of my submission to Hone Advisor. , gave me a quote and also offered three appointment options immediately. The service person arrived on time and explained what he was going to do- then he went to work. Very efficient. When complete, the tech reviewed what he had done and also left us a separate quote for window washing ( a service he and I talked about while he was cleaning the ducts.). Five star service!!!
