Outstanding window cleaning--perfect in every way. Technician arrived on time, friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Windows, screens and window tracks cleaned perfectly. Have tried other window cleaning services, none came even close to the fine quality of service provided by Cloud 9 and tech Uriel, Best of all--I am looking through windows so clean that I would swear that they didn't even have glass in them. This was a great overall experience. They were so quick to respond and able to schedule very quickly. The tech that came to our house was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job! I would absolutely hire them again!
The service people were courteous and professional. They treated my home with respect and provided quality service. My furniture is quite old but the finished product was excellent. The pieces appear to be rejuvenated. I would highly recommend them. Because my first name is so unusual, i am electing to be anonymous.

They don't know how to remove mineral spots on the windows. Did an excellent job otherwise. Owner failed to return when he said he'd inspect and try to solve the problem but sent the two workers back. They couldn't solve it.
Business response:
The customer claimed that another company was able to remove the spots using steel wool. We used a professional grade (Ettore) spot remover which yielded little improvement on the heavy mineral deposits. We came back 2 days later and used another professional (AMAZ) spot remover AND steel wool, again with little success. There is no indication that the spots were ever removed before. Sometimes when spots get baked on that severely, the remedy is to use a window restoration product which is highly caustic and outside of the s... read more
