I used Cloud 9 for may Window cleaning and they did a very good job. Poor Ben got caught in a downpour but he hung in there.
They were on time and did a great job, cloud 9 will be my first call Everytime.

Cloud 9 responded immediately. They aren't the lowest price, but it's a fair price and they provided professional, quality work. It is, therefore, a good value for the money. We would have them back again in the future. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars on quality is that we had a very tough to clean pet stain. Between the cleaning agent Cloud 9 used and a DIY enzymatic treatment, the pet odor is gone. I saw the good feedback for this company through Servicemagic, and decided to try them out. I had 6 dining room chairs and 2 winged back chairs that had not been cleaned since we bought them (15 years ago!). Kevin Farris was the Technician, and he did an awesome job! He is a very polite and friendly young man. Some cleaning companies just do the minimal amount of effort when cleaning, but Kevin did a thorough job. Jeremy and his assistant, Joshua, were exactly onetime and professional. I felt that the carpets came out better than expected and they were a pleasure to work with. Jeremy was quite accurate with his quote over the phone. I would recommend them and use their services again.
Kevin was on time. Polite. Considerate. Quick. Efficient. We would be pleased to hire them again.
I think they did a pretty good job and it was a great value for the price.
