I am happy with the carpets for the most part. I am suprised at being charged $3.00 per stair and then only having the center portion of the stairs cleaned, as a round cleaning tool was used to clean them and cannot possibly reach the corners, if there were an extra charge to have the entire stair cleaned properly into the corners I would have paid it, I would have liked to have known that in advance, but was not offered that option. The cleaner (Josh, I think) was very punctual, friendly and professional. He was an efficient worker who completed the task in less time than I had expected. From the initial scheduling to the cleaning appointment, it was a very good experience.
Jeremy is awesome. We are definitely going to use Heaven's best again. My husband and I are totally amazed that all of the stains down the stairs vanished. Thanks, jeremy!

I would recommend Heaven's Best to anyone. They were very professional and polite. They did an awesome job cleaning our carpet even though we had been told it was best, to just replace it due to the amount of pet stains.
