They did a great job.
Very efficient, friendly, responsive..they use a different cleaning process, but it appears to work well without wearing down the carpet.
They were very helpful and informative. I am looking to put new carpet in and they gave some helpful hints which meant a lot to me.
Would definitely use again. Took the time to look at the carpet with me, and discussed what needed to be done. Once the work was completed I had the chance to talk it over and make any comments I wanted about the cleaning. Another big plus for me, was that the carpets dried really quickly. In the past I have had really wet carpets with other carpet cleaners.
