Knowledgeable employees, efficient and clean work, told me about 2 rusty ducts to watch which was kind, on-time arrival.
Cleaned our heating ducts and dryer vent. Did a great job, in a reasonable amount of time.
Arrived on time. Helpful and respectful of my carpets and hardwoods. Would ask that they open the vents before they leave and test the air flow. There were particles that blew out of vents when I started the system.
On time and did a fine job. Did not plug in unplugged objects or return chairs to original spots but otherwise was fine
The team did a really thorough job, they were polite and professional as well. Plus I felt they were really honest about the condition of the ducts and dryer vents. And, they wore shoe protectors, and vacuumed up where needed.

Cloud 9 worked with me to have the carpeting cleaned after the home was sold and we moved out, They were patient with the timing of the move and having to gain access to the house through a lock box, The cleaning was thorough and the carpets were left fresh and clean, looking new when the new owners moved in.
She was so friendly, we set 3 hours but was not enough so we couldn't finished even add it up one more hour. Bu she did a good job. I am happy.
