Uriel was very professional, he texted me to let me know when he would be arriving. It's been a few days since they cleaned the ducts and already I'm noticing improved health and more air flow, which makes it easier and less expensive to heat my house. Thank you so much!

Courteous professional service. They also did some upholstery cleaning. It was excellent.
Very unprofessional and poor customer service and quality work. The vacuum cleaner is just a movable one with less power than the furnace fan and was left on low power until I pointed out. Even then he contradicted me until I showed him a picture with the settings. So most of the ducts were not even cleaned since the vacuum cleaner exhaust was barely pushing any air out. Also he brought inside the garage his vacuum cleaner and all the air went back inside the house since he had to leave the doors open. So to compensate for t... read more

We use high-powered, professional negative air machines manufactured by Air Care, along with brushes, air whips and vacuums to thoughroughly clean any duct system. This customer had a hard time understanding our equipment and what it was doing. We attempted to explain what was happening and address his questions. It is possible that we could have done something different to help him understand better.
Excellent detail - took their time and really did an excellent job.
