We had our windows cleaned by Lars, he was punctual, very professional and polite and engaging when you talked with him. He got right down to business and did and excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire Cloud 9 services again, and we will surely recommend Cloud 9 to our friends that are also contemplating a window washing service.

I was very pleased with the service. Yes, I would have them come back again. The technician was very professional and did a great job. I would have Cloud9 back again.
There was a problem getting a chair clean so Jeremy sent Anthony back to clean it a second time. Because Cloud 9 was so nice about trying to fix the problem, I hired them to clean my windows when Anthony came back. He did an excellent job with both projects and I plan to have them come back next year to clean the furniture, if it needs cleaning, and definitely the windows.
