After shopping for a long time for a home office, I finally was told to contact Jeanne, that she could custom design exactly what I wanted in a home office. After meeting with her for the first time, I knew I was in good hands. She is so talented and professional, and made the whole process so simple for me. Thank you Jeanne.

Shellie Miller gave us personal attention and quick follow-up when we wanted to buy a custom entertainment center. She was easy to work with when we wanted to discuss and making some changes and adjustments.... The materials that The Closet Factory uses are top quality and best of all, it was completed at a good price. 5 Stars!

We had tried working with other designers and companies but nobody compares to Jeanne as far as professionalism and talent. I want to thank Mark Sidell and all the people at Closet Factory Fort Lauderdale for doing sucn an exceptional job on our garage which looks awesome along with the laundry room. Both Mark and our Installer Karan were meticulous in their jobs and my wife and I are very thankful for their hard work. We would like to thank the company and most especially our designer Shellie Miller. The first appointment she was on time, measured our garage and living area asked questions about our needs and gave us a lot of information. It took about a week for us to schedule a time to meet with her again and go over her designs based on our original conversation. After touring the Closet Factory's beautiful showroom, she took us to a lovely office where we could view the designs in three dimensions. She met our expectations perfectly! ... read more
