We love our master closets! Mark was recommended by our new neighbors. They were so complimentary and now we know why. Mark's so amazing and he actually made the process a lot of fun. There's simply no better way to design a closet. He was so patient and so incredibly knowledgeable. Can't wait to do more work with Closet Factory. They really are the best. Thanks ever so much Mark. My neighbors all want my garage! I worked with Mark Sidell at Motor Trend Garage which is part of Closet Factory. When I got to the store I was amazed by the look and quality of their work. Mark came by and spent quite a bit of time both at my house and working through the design of my garage in their shop. Love it, love it, love it! The Closet Factory gave us exactly what we deeded! Mark Sidell is a fabulous designer and was very patient as we made our choices for 4 closets, a pantry, laundry room, office, and garage.He offered suggestions and gave us the time to view everything on their 3-D computer design system before making final selections. Floor is awesome! It was such a simple process. We knew we didn't want epoxy and Mark from Closet Factory was the only person we spoke with who could do a full polyurea floor. They made it easy to get what we wanted. Thanks Mark. Siragusa Family

Overall it was a positive experience working with Closet Factory and Mark Sidell. Although there were a few issues along the way, Mark made sure that they were addressed and fixed promptly and I would recommend Closet Factory to a friend. Kristen & Chad Bishop

Nice work! We were told to use another closet company who had done a lot of work in our neighborhood but some people have started to complain about the work. We thought it was just a simple thing to have my wife's closet organized but as it turns out there is more to it especially since my wife wanted it done right like she sees in lots of magazines. We are so thankful that we met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We were looking for a long time for the right person to custom design our closets, and when we met Jeanne we knew right away that our search had ended. Jeanne is the most professional and talented person we have ever met, and we couldn't be more please with the work she did. Closet Factory was referred to us by a close friend who had nothing but positive things to say about Mark Sidell. We were in the midst of a master bath & closet renovation.
