I have to say that I was surprised. I was told by 2 other companies that Closet Factory was very good but very expensive. The truth was that when I added all the features Closet Factory gave me the others were the same price. I wanted my closets built right with EVERYTHING I wanted. And that's what Mark did. Better designs, better quality and priced right too. I'm glad I took my time to do a complete comparison otherwise I'd have ended up with closets I hated. Thanks Mark for helping me do it right. Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory my search for the best designer to do my custom home office has finally ended. I had been trying to get someone to do my home office for a long time. Then finally we met with Jeanne through a neighbor. After sitting down with her for 5 minutes, we knew we were in good hands. We could not be happier with the with how the home office came out.

Mark was amazing! He made sure the entire process with Closet Factory was very professionally conducted. We are very happy with our final garage cabinetry project and Mark was wonderful to work with. We actually had another company build my wife's master closet. This company had good ratings and had done work for several of our neighbors. While it looked the same on paper it was a bit cheaper so we gave them a try. Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory my search for the best designer to do my custom closets and home office has finally ended. I had been trying to get someone to do my closets for a long time. Then finally a friend told me to call Jeanne. After sitting down with her for 5 minutes, I knew I was in good hands. I could not be happier with the closets she designed. So much so, I had her do my home office as well. Jeanne you are the best, thank you for all you've done.

I love my new garage floor. I had Mark Sidell come out from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale who is also the guy who builds all the Motor Trend Garages including the polyurea floors. My floor came out amazing just like he promised it would. The crew was great and despite the rain they still worked through and finished on time and in just one day. Now MY garage is the one all my friends envy! Thanks Mark. Tony Pacetti

Mark was great and we love the closets. This was really a very small job for Mark but he spent lots of time with us to make sure it was done just the way we wanted. We bought a condo and it required lots of arrangements which Mark and the Closet Factory people handled flawlessly. Mark made sure we got a great price too. Mark Sidell and the Closet Factory staff were excellent! Mark sat with me as he used his laptop computer programs to help create the closet of my dreams. He was creative, patient and very helpful and as always the pricing was right in line. The installers were great and the folks who arranged all the apporinments were wonderful!
