Installed Closet Factory closets through Costco and couldn't be happier. Working with Mark Sidel was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the whole design process from start to finish and made the decision making easy. We LOVE our ballagio floor in our garage. We called 3 companies and the only one that made sense was Closet Factory since everyone else sold epoxy. We worked with Mark and he showed us his own garage floor with a border that looked so cool we did that too. WOW! Best floor in our neighborhood. Thanks Mark. After an extensive search for the right designer and company to customize our home office and master closets, a good friend of ours said we should contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. So we did and let me tell you, boy are we glad we did. Jeanne is or has to be the best in her business. Our garage floor looks amazing! We worked with Mark Sidell from Closet Factory and he was so right about the polyurea floor that they do. We wanted to invest in the best and as Mark said it is the "cheapest" option available since you only do it once. Jerry and his installers did such beautiful work and they couldn't be nicer.
