After one disappointment after another, we finally met with the best designer in the business, yes Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory has to be the best designer and most professional in her field. Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory has to be the most talented and professional designer in her field. She listened to our needs, took inventory of our clothing, shoes, pocket books, ties and belts and then custom designed the space to hold everything in it's place, and at the same time made it look as beautiful as I could ever imagine. She was attentive, detail-orientated, and offered solutions regarding function, design and color options that I hadn't thought of. I highly recommend Shellie Miller of The Closet Factory. She arrived on time, was very relatable and spoke to my daughter and I about our needs and expectations for our closets. She answered all of our questions and explained how their system works. She was able to show us everything in 3D! She is extremely helpful and very nice.
