As we were building our dream home we were blessed to have met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We were happy with what the builder was offering, then Jeanne came in and made suggestions on customizing our closets, home office and garage. She blew us away and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. Already our neighbors are reaching out to Jeanne and having her come out and work her magic in their homes. Thanks again Jeanne.

Shelly Miller and the Closet Factory crew did a fantastic job on our 6 closets and built-in office project. Shellie's ideas were better than any others we'd seen. When things got started, they were punctual and extremely professional each and every day they were here. They even were very gracious in working around our pets and the fact that we were in the house with them during the entire installation. We had all the garage companies in the Home Pros magazine come to our house but the very best by far was Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. It's easy to see why they are the only ones to have COSTCO and Motor Trend as partners. Others even offered lifetime guarantees and stuff like that but we saw the work that Closet Factory had done for a few of our neighbors and it was really great so we decided to do the same. We recently had Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory custom design our closets and home office for us and we could not be more pleased with Jeanne and the Closet Factory. We have already referred some of our friends and neighbors to Jeanne. She is by far the most talented and professional designer we ever met.

We had used another company to do our prior garage with a poly-hybrid coating and we thought it was ok. Over the months and years it stained and we even had the company come back and patch some areas that bubbled up and had particularly bad stains. The problem was that we could see the patches. The work done by Closet Factory was designed beautifully and professionally built. Even though we had a few items that needed additional attention Mark Sidell managed everything and made sure that everything was done and done right. Love my garage floor. Mark promised it would be done in just one day and that we could walk on it just two hours later. He was right. Since every other company needed two days I knew that they had to be using an epoxy which was exactly what I did not want. Even though other companies promised to fix it when it had problems I decided to trust Mark COSTCO and Closet Factory. The floor is gorgeous and Mark is also arranging to have the same floor put in our garage up north. Thanks Mark! Margaret W
