Mark was really great. We had never done custom closets before so we needed a pro. We also really wanted someone we could trust to give us the very best deal and make sure we only bought what we really needed to get the closets done right. We were very impressed with how Mark handled everything. He made designing each closet easy and fun. Our installers were really professional and worked quickly and quietly. Fantastic results. Mark was amazing...again!!! This is the second project I've done with Closet Factory. The first was my garage which was a tough cookie since it was hard to find storage space in my 1 car garage. This time Mark solved some serious problems for me in my 2 master closets. My new closets are fantabulous!!!!!!! And I have room for more clothes. Mark's the best! We love Shellie Miller and the team at Closet Factory! My dad recommended them to us for some updates on a home we were renovating and they were great! They have so far helped with a laundry room, three different closets, an entertainment center and a murphy bed. Shellie is always kind, prompt and professional. Their prices are very fair. They are not "cheap" but neither is their work. My dad has also used them many times on his house and both his rental properties. We will always use them and only them.

Thanks to a good friend, we got to work with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She was a delight to work with and we could not be more happy with both the Murphy Bed and Custom Closets that she designed for us. We had been shopping for the bed for a long time and had no idea how to design our walk-in closets to make the best use of the space they provide. Jeanne seemed to be born to do what she does because we would not change a thing. Thank you very much Jeanne.

This went fantastic! We started by making contact and got a very fast response from Shellie Miller, who was knowledgable and lovely. This was followed by an estimate breaking down all elements and costs (I liked that). We met in their beautiful facility and she walked us through each area in 3D. We were off to a great start! Our Closet Factory installation team were very nice, personable guys. They were unobtrusive, attentive (we work here & have pets) and helpful with their tips and answers to questions I had. We hired Closet Factory and Shelly Miller to complete a closet project that was done poorly by a different contractor. Work was completed on time and they did a great job. They cleaned up after they finished. Would use them again on other projects.
