We're so glad we met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. We bought a new home and have many things to do to make our home really ours. We know garage floors because we own car dealerships up north and have had many commercial floors installed. We had heard about polyurea but had always used epoxy in the past because it was cheap and we could have it redone when the floors got really beat up. Those days are over. We really love the finished product in our new home here in Florida and since it's permanent we will use poly in our dealerships as well. Thanks Mark, the floor looks great! Linda & Greg Hudson

We had 4 companies come to look at our garage. 1 never showed up, 1 came and never got back to us with a quote probably because they were in over their heads, 1 gave us a price that was so low that we knew it would not be the quality we required, and 1 was Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. I must say that this was a very small project to fix my daughter's closet. Too much to store in a small space and then the wire racks started to fall down. Mark came out and even though it was a small project he spent lots of time making sure everything was designed properly so that we could easily see and get to her stuff. I only wish I had more for him to do. I would certainly recommend Mark Sidell and Closet Factory to anyone looking to get the best work done. Julie Alexis

We love our new cabinetry in our garage. Mark Sidell did an amazing of transforming our clutter and disorganized garage into a beautiful space. The cabinets are spacious and strong and look absolutely beautiful. Best of all Mark made the process easy and gave us a really good price. The installation was simple and clean. We love our floor! We had others tell us all kinds of stuff about how good their floor coating was for garages but they all turned out to be epoxy. Our neighbor had done a floor 6 months ago which the sales guy told them was Poly something or other but that turned out to be epoxy too and now it's coming up in a number of spots. I have to say that I was surprised. I was told by 2 other companies that Closet Factory was very good but very expensive. The truth was that when I added all the features Closet Factory gave me the others were the same price. I wanted my closets built right with EVERYTHING I wanted. And that's what Mark did. Better designs, better quality and priced right too. I'm glad I took my time to do a complete comparison otherwise I'd have ended up with closets I hated. Thanks Mark for helping me do it right.
