Mark Sidell from Closet Factory did a great job with our two closets. Using top quality materials they are definitely the professionals in their business. Mark really understood how to do what he does and made sure he got us everything we wanted and needed at a very fair price for the quality that they delivered. Deborah Maurer was our designer. She listened to my needs and created a TV room wall unit that looks amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Even my printer in now hiding but easily accessible.
This the second project we've had Mark Sidell work on for us. I love my master closet, it really looks great, feels great and is quite comfortable. Mark does such nice work designing the things he does for us and makes it really easy to understand what makes sense. We looked at other companies but no one impressed like Mark. We met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory after talking to a few other companies. About 10 minutes into our tour of the showroom and factory we looked at each other and knew we found the right people to do the work in our new home. We needed a lot done not just closets. We worked with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory on two other project's in our home, so when it came time to customize our garage, we knew who we were gonna call. Jeanne is got to be one of the best designers if not they best in all of S Florida. And like the two previous times, we could not be more pleased with how everything came out. Mark was so much fun to work with and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to do my garage and had visited lots of places to see what they had but Closet Factory was clearly the top company. Several promised lifetime guarantees but I didn't get the feeling that they would be able to back that up. The design process was seamless. Mark Sidell walked us through every step of the way. He did an awesome job and made sure to recommend a beautiful polyurea floor that worked perfect as a compromise for my husband and I since we each choose a different floor color.
