We worked with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory on two other project's in our home, so when it came time to customize our garage, we knew who we were gonna call. Jeanne is got to be one of the best designers if not they best in all of S Florida. And like the two previous times, we could not be more pleased with how everything came out. Mark was so much fun to work with and he really knows his stuff. I wanted to do my garage and had visited lots of places to see what they had but Closet Factory was clearly the top company. Several promised lifetime guarantees but I didn't get the feeling that they would be able to back that up. And since many hungs the cabinets on the wall and offered epoxy type floor coating I knew I needed a better option. The design process was seamless. Mark Sidell walked us through every step of the way. He did an awesome job and made sure to recommend a beautiful polyurea floor that worked perfect as a compromise for my husband and I since we each choose a different floor color. Shellie Miller gave us personal attention and quick follow-up when we wanted to buy a custom entertainment center. She was easy to work with when we wanted to discuss and making some changes and adjustments....
