When I met with with Amy Mendez, our designer, I had no idea how this whole thing worked. We never did any custom built in's before. She walked us through the process so carefully and professionally and explained all the details along the way. We knew she was the right fit and Closet Factory was the right company. We just had our office and closet installed and it is just as expected. Great designer + Great company= Happy and Satisfied client. Highly recommend Amy to everyone we know.

Who would of guessed you could have your garage converted into an amazing living space by a Closet Factory, but that is exactly what we did. When we met with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory in regards to having our garage converted into living space, we knew right away our search was over. Jeanne is an amazing designer and even a better person. We fell in love with her right away. Thank you so much Jeanne.

We contacted closet factory to design a mudroom and garage wall unit. They sent us Amy Mendez!!! What an extraordinary listener and designer. We've had our mudroom for a week and love it to pieces. So excited to get our garage installed next! Brilliant work Amy! Thank you for helping us on our journey to our dream villa!

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, we now have the most amazing home office anybody has ever seen. She was such a delight to work with, as she just took the ball and ran with it. It seemed she knew exactly what we wanted as she took all the stress out of the decision making process. We just had our wall unit installed. I am amazed and in love with the outcome. Great experience from start to finish. On time for both the consultation and the installation.
