Closet factory did a fabulous job installing my master bedroom closet. The design was perfect, the installers were top notch and very professional. They showed up on time, protected my home, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up!! Within a week's time, I went from old to new.

I am pleased with my Closet Factory product. Mark Sidell was knowledgable and friendly. I liked the choices located at their Powerline Road location in Fort Lauderdale. There were many colors and varieties. I originally thought that the price was just a tad on the expensive end, but it seems to be competitive with the rest of the market, and I ultimately chose Mark and Closet Factory because I believed their service and quality would be better than competitors or alternatives. After meeting with several designers to help us custom design our home entertainment center, a friend told us about Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach and we could not be more thankful. We met with Jeanne and after just a few minutes, we knew our search was over. Jeanne was amazing, very professional and just a pleasure to work with. In fact we plan on having her come back to work her magic in other rooms in our home and garage. Thanks again Jeanne.

Working with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory to custom design our pantry and master closets was simply amazing. She came to our home and took all the stress right out of my husband and me. Her ideas and suggestions were perfect and the way she managed the whole project did not go un-noticed. I would and will recommend her to all of our friends. We have had Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory custom design 3 separate rooms in our home now, including our closets of course. The latest project being our home office. And just like the two previous times, we could not be happier. Absolutely love it! Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. He is doing many spaces in my home that I recently gutted. The garage had to be done right away and it had to be done right. The floor these guys do was the best option since we didn't want epoxy. Our last garage had epoxy from another garage company who told us it was not epoxy. Turned out to be epoxy and we had nothing but trouble with it. Do yourself a favor if you want a garage floor done call Mark at Closet Factory and tell him I sent you!... read more

My husband and I enjoyed doing business with Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory. We were pleasantly surprised at how well things came together. Shellie created a plan for each area that we wanted to customize and helped us choose colors and trim while always keeping our budget in mind. Our Designer Amy Mendez over exceeded our expectations. From the moment we met her, we knew she was highly qualified to tackle our disaster. She designed a fantastic closet that just works perfectly and now everything seems to have a home. We were very happy with not only her knowledge and design skills, but also her professionalism.
