My wife and I are very pleased at the way our master closet turned out. We were helped by Amy Mendez and the Closet Factory to create a space that had plenty of room for all of our clothing, shoes, all my ties and all of her belts. Frankly, I am amazed that Amy was able to make it all fit nicely and still look so aesthetically pleasing! She was very easy to work with and the installer was a pleasure as well. We highly recommend this business.

We enjoyed the design process with Mark Sidell. This was a job that we really needed done in our home and Mark visited several times to make sure we got the correct look and function. I worked with Mark in the Closet Factory showroom on a number of occasions to work through the design details. Somewhat of a "nervous nelly"; I purchased a new master closet and then kept thinking I'd made the wrong choices. Shellie Miller was kind enough to reassure me throughout the entire process and came to my home three different times to go over the 3D images and help me to envision how everything would come together. This little lady deserves an award for her patience! The men who came to put the system in were efficient and neat. Amy Mendez was sent by the Closet Factory to look at my laundry room, linen closet and to talk about construction some free-standing wardrobes. She really knows her stuff! I was very impressed with her knowledge of materials and the plans she put together. The company did an amazing job with all of the installations, and I know that the value of my home has increased because of these improvements.

To anyone looking for the best Custom Closets, contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She is simply amazing and our closets are to die for. We by far now have the most outstanding garage in the neighborhood due to the outstanding work done by Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She came to our home and gave us ideas on what we could do with our garage that I had never imagined. We now have an entertainment area that I could actually live in, I love it that much. I called after finding a coupon in a mailer we get. The Closet Factory sent a breathe of fresh air Shellie Miller! She was so nice, polite and really knew a lot about organizing! She spent a lot of time with me to go over the many choices I had for rearranging my laundry room and my guest closet. She had ideas I had never thought about. Everybody involved was really terrific, especially Mark. He made the process really easy. When we worked with Mark in the Showroom it was really great seeing everything first hand.
