Thanks to a good friend, I met Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory. Jeanne came to my home and I knew I soon as I met her that I was in good hands. Jeanne like my friend had told me, is great to work with and is so good at what she does, we were lucky to have her come to our home as quickly as she did. I absolutely love it. It's exactly what I wanted. This was a bit of a curve ball I threw to Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Mark had done 2 or 3 other projects for me so I knew he could do it but it was a little outside the box. I had collected over 50 medals and medallions from my nearly 30 years in the military and I really wanted some way to display them. Miracles do happen - especially with regard to our garage/storage locker! Mark Sidell designed creative, yet practical solutions to 'clean-up' our garage space. LOVE MY CLOSET The team at Closet Factory is amazing. From my sales person (Ann) to the office manager (Julie) to the production manager (Louis) to the installation crew (Alfredo and Rudy), this has been a "best in class" experience.
