We responded to a Closet Factory advertisement when we were renovating our new winter residence. My husband and I envisioned a contemporary cabinet with glass doors to go in our dining room. They sent a design professional, Shellie Miller, to evaluate the space and make our vision come to life. We are ecstatic with the results! We have nothing but praise for this experienced designer and the excellent company that she represents.

I was hesitant to buy from a store that are a large franchise. Plus contemporary or modern designs were either way out of our price range or of very shoddy quality. We decided to give Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale a try. When we purchased, the salesperson, Jessica Bentley was helpful, but not overbearing. We had no problem using a coupon we had from a mailing. We ordered our closets and it was delivered Saturday morning in perfect condition by very polite installers. So all in all, great service!

We are now the proud owners of a beautiful and functional home office due to the remarkable talents of Jeanne Hessen and the Closet Factory. We could not be more pleased how Jeanne custom designed our office and the way the Closet Factory custom build everything to meet our needs and wishes. I reached out to the Closet Factory, as well as other local companies for a new closet for my bedroom. Mark Sidell reached out to us immediately and was very helpful. We scheduled a meeting at the showroom and designed my dream closet. Price was reasonable, and the installation was done exactly on time. With the many closet company choices available these days it is IMPERATIVE that you do your homework and choose he best one to suit you personal needs. We are so thrilled that we met with Mark and he spent hours showing us many options, many price points and many things to think about. With careful consideration we selected The Closet Factory and it is one of the things that turned our house into a HOME!!! I want to thank Jessica Bentley with Closet Factory in Ft Lauderdale for working with us (we can be a bit indecisive) and being patient with all of the changes we made. She was a gem during the whole process. We also worked with Silvia and Jennifer as well. Great Team, great company. We love the end result!
