Mark Sidell was really terrific. He came up with really great design ideas for where to put the shelving which was not easy. He also installed hanging shelves which my wife says doubled the storage we had in the garage. Mark provided a seamless process from the time we met him at the house. Installers were on time, neat and organized and did beautiful work. We more than highly recommend Mark and the Closet Factory people. Quality people with good ideas and quality solutions. Both of our master closets had already been done when we bought our home, but I wanted my mother-in-law to have a custom closet of the same caliber. After seeing the Closet Factory ad in my mailbox I called the closet factory. They scheduled Shellie Miller to come and measure mom's closet and take all of the information. I love my closet. I chose Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale to do the work for lots of reasons. I got 4 quotes but Mark told me I'd be crazy to buy a closet from an email and he was so right. He made the process so customer friendly and focused on me and what I wanted instead of some standard design that can be emailed 100 times a day. I really enjoyed the process and was surprised at the end when Mark brought me a bottle of champagne. All I can say is WOW! Thanks Mark! Zoila Brown

For the best closet designer by far, contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach. She not only designed the most unbelievable closet for us but as soon as we met with her, we knew we were in goods hands. She is a pro's pro. She completely took all the stress out of the picture for us. She made sure the installers were aware of all the tiny details we wanted and created an absolutely beautiful closet for us. Do yourself a favor. When you call the Closet Factory ask them to send Shellie Miller. Shellie made my entire closet renovation a lovely experience, from the first time she came to measure up until her last visit when she brought me an extra shelf. In between she was professional, pleasant and made sure to check on my opinion of the installer (excellent Scott S!) and the final outcome (holds more than I expected!) I highly recommend Shellie and The Closet Factory to help with anything regarding organization.

Really like the design process with Mark Sidell. My husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could see and feel everything in the Closet Factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. We were also able to make changes to the designs and see them immediately rather than doing this process by email which would take many more days to complete. I got Mark Sidell to build my closets and a wine storage closet for me so he was the only name I thought of to do this project. Working with Mark is easy and very straightforward. I tell him what I want and he builds it, most times even better than what I asked for. I work a lot and when I get home I really love relaxing in my living room with my new entertainment center. Thanks goes out to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory for coming out and making the designing and installing of my custom garage a pleasure. She took all the stress of deciding on what to do with a garage fool of stuff right out of the situation. Her knowledge of knowing what could be done and the best way to go about it, makes her a tremendous asset to her company. We are so pleased, that we hope to have her come back soon to work her magic in other parts of our home.
