When I met with with Amy Mendez, our designer, I had no idea how this whole thing worked. We never did any custom built in's before. She walked us through the process so carefully and professionally and explained all the details along the way. We knew she was the right fit and Closet Factory was the right company. We just had our office and closet installed and it is just as expected. Great designer + Great company= Happy and Satisfied client. Highly recommend Amy to everyone we know.
