Everything looks great! Thanks to Mark Sidell we made all the right choices. He used a 3-d design system and we could see and change anything we wanted with Mark making sure we did it the right way. We loved their show room which others didn't have. The experience with Mark was so much better than with anyone else we knew we were making the best choice. Love my Motor Trend garage. Mark had the flooring guys add a very cool stripe down the center which not only reminds me of the courses I race on, but it divides my side of the garage and my hocky player son's side. The poly floor is totally awesome and really makes the garage special. The closets all have doors so that everything has a place and looks great. Thanks to Mark and Motor Trend! Carlos Liendo

We're so glad we met Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. We bought a new home and have many things to do to make our home really ours. The most important job was to get our home office functioning so that my husband could manage every aspect of our lives. We know garage floors because we own car dealerships up north and have had many commercial floors installed. We had heard about polyurea but had always used epoxy in the past because it was cheap and we could have it redone when the floors got really beat up. Those days are over. We really love the finished product in our new home here in Florida and since it's permanent we will use poly in our dealerships as well. Thanks Mark, the floor looks great! Linda & Greg Hudson

We had 4 companies come to look at our garage. 1 never showed up, 1 came and never got back to us with a quote probably because they were in over their heads, 1 gave us a price that was so low that we knew it would not be the quality we required, and 1 was Mark Sidell from Closet Factory.
