Brian Casey was wonderful to work with. He made so many helpful suggestions. He was always on time. Just a nice guy. His crew also arrived on time and had the job done in one day. I will recommend Climate Partners to my friends.
This was an assessment of my system, no actual work was performed. However they have also worked on my AC systems and everything is always top notch!!
The electrician showed up on time and completed the installation of two ceiling lights promptly and professionally. Very pleasant installer. I would recommend Climate Partners
I believe this is one of those instances when you get good customer service only until the sale is made. The salesman was accommodating until the sale was made and now I, the customer, no longer exist. Since he said I should call him if I ever needed anything, I contacted him about a month ago because I needed 5 minutes of his time to fill out a rebate form which only Climate Partners could complete. The guys did a good job of installing. One left a big dirty stain on one carpet but I was able to clean it myself. I do like the system and am using about 10% less energy over the course of a year mainly because I'm using the dehumidifier instead of the air conditioner during the summer. The dehumidifier is doing a great job of keeping our home cool. The cost of heating my home during the cold months, however, is exactly the same as using baseboard heat. Recommend them highly
My only complaint is they should communicate with the customer and confirm the dates one or two days before the job. Also, explain the process. There were deliveries from different sources to the house. They should have informed me. The promised rebate was pursued by me because the installer didn't have the answers and the office worker wasn't sure.Finally someone did call me back. Communication needs improvement.
sales person was helpful with the explanations about the package the install tech was prompt with the stated time and was also very pleasant . the tech explained the unit s functions and outline how to use it
