They are difficult to work with, the customer is never right, they use bully tactics, they failed to pull permits and did work without one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Called them to clean gas furnace, and specifically to test for combustion products in air plennum. Technician went to wrong house on first attempt, so we rescheduled. He did a good job cleaning furnace, but didn't have combustion analyzer on his truck, as another tech had taken it to an installation job. He returned the next day, ran the test at no extra charge. The job got done, but not efficiently.

I did some research online and found that Climate Partners comes very highly recommended. The technician that came out to give us quote and information was also available for the installation. They were well prepared.

The office staff was exceptional. My job took over a week to complete. I felt that some problems could have been anticipated. The technician had to leave the job twice one day to get parts. Over all the service was good, just alittle slow.
