The salesman mentioned an energy rebate. Since the installation I have not heard from them. I left a message with the salesman last week and still have not been contacted. I will call him again this week. Also the installer did not tell me how controls worked, he just said it used the same thermostat as our old A/C. I'm not sure how to turn it off and don't know what filters to get.

Dave is very knowledgeable with regard to meeting local building permit requirements. I'm selling my home next year. Dave offered interest free financing to allow for the cost of the job to be paid by the profit on the sale of the house. The job was completed as scheduled. The installing tech informed me at the end of the job that my furnace emergency switch at the top of the cellar stairs was not reconnected to the new furnace. Converted my old oil heat system to natural gas, installed a tankless hot water system and replaced old AC unit. They were always polite professional and answered all my questions clearly. They weren't pushy and seemed more focused on getting me what I wanted than just making a sale. I am very pleased overall. I would recommend them without reservation.
