Bought the system in Jan 2017, at installation they turned the pilot light for the hot water heater off, after they were told to be careful. 24 hrs later; temp was 5F no heat due to the hot water heater being turned off and no one knew how to relight the pilot light. Needless to say the temp in the house dropped and we could not reach anybody at Climate Partners for another 12 hrs. The person who came had no idea what to do. They did not call when they were running late for the appointment and should have taken more time in assessing the size of the water heater for a limited space location.
