Will was great. He called and arrived in the promised time window - on a Sunday. He was friendly to all, including our very curious grandson who was visiting. Will knew what was needed to quickly repair our plumbing issue. I will definitely request him for any future problems. The ad we responded to said "$69 service fee." The ad should have been clearer.
