The job was done right, but it was too expensive.

Jose was fantastic. On time and knowledgeable.
Everything went well. Basement floor is now dry.
He was at my home twice and I paid for both times. When he claimed the job was completed it was not it was still draining . My first bill was $425,00 including a part for $295.00. My second cost was $147.00, when I complained of the cost he took off 50% of the second bill of $147.00. I would say the cost was high and the completion is not satisfaction my tub still leaks. I do not want to do business with them again, I would not even give them one star. I would like a refund so I can hire a real plumber.

Overall positive experience with this company. Good communication, great value for the money, and easy to deal with. There is room for improvement when it comes to professionalism and using quality parts, but that is not something that would discourage me from doing future business with them.
