They gave me a timely quote after coming onsite within a few days of calling them. They arrived on time, professionally dressed, immediately reviewed what I needed, gave me a very reasonable quote, and I signed on the dotted line. great guys very willing to act but were hurried and Left things undone, scratched my hardwood floor, left gouged.
It's a sad thing that they were referred by HomeAdvisor. They asked for a certain amount of Money, I paid and the job was not done properly. They have come back several times but have not fixed the issues. I spoke to the general Manager and told him it was clear the tech they keep sending was not capable of doing the job,and they should hire someone capable of completing the job because I paid him He replied his technicians are professionals.
