DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We needed our AC condensers replaced (not a small job), and it took me 5 tries to confirm we� d like to proceed with the work after our project manager failed to call me back. We are now trying to confirm if they pulled a permit for the work, we have emailed the project manager (Brian Mahon) twice and called 6 times. Each time (if we get through at all) he is � stepping into a meeting� � and never calls us back. RUN AWAY and find literally... read more
