I had a 20 year old hot water heater that was not putting out enough hot water . The plumber and work performed (Jose) was friendly and professional. I was concerned that the replacement tank be adequate to fill a standard size bathtub and Climate Partner offered to installed a 50 gallon instead of 40 gallon tank at the same quoted estimate. it was a tight fit but they did a good job getting the tank installed. Very disappointing- the initial meeting to scope the project was fine, after that consistently arrived late, Arrived at 6:15 tonight for a 12-3 appointment with no updates, not a co. I would recommend-
Very pricey and they charged my card twice. It took 3 days to get my overcharge back. The plumber didn’t tell me he charged me twice.
Victor was very knowledgeable about our oil boiler and especially that our steam pressure should be around .5 and not high. We signed up for members club we were so impressed!
customer service very responsive and answered all questions fully. Gave me confidence as first time user that quality would carry forward with maintenance call. Tech (Victor) fulfilled my expectations as being very knowledgeable, answered my questions fully, and a nice guy to boot! Price was a good value and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service - great service technician - diagnosed the problem on a Saturday night!! No extra charges for the weekend emergency. Grateful for their great work and wonderful customer service.
