They sent out multiple technicians to inspect existing water heater. Both tried to fix it first. Regardless of efforts, there was no charge to attempt fix. We hired them to replace the water heater tomorrow. Their price was less than Home Advisor averages and in line with Amazon Home Services prices.

Very satisfied with the service I rec'd from the office through to the technician. Was updated with scheduling, tech in route, pricing they even followed up. Technician arrived as promised and was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Victor did an exceptional job of researching what was compatible with the unit. I was very impressed with the quality of work.
I had to deal with a number of HVAC professionals in the last few weeks to handle a complicated oil furnace replacement. Out of a slate of credible candidates, the gentleman from Climate Partners was by far the most knowledgeable, transparent, honest, and pleasant to deal with.
