Were not up front that he used 3rd Party installers. Really good equipment installed. Felt I had to manage the project. Didn't always feel my best interests were taken. Had third party check to make sure insulation was returned. Had to manage re-work closely.
Very thorough in describing the work to be done including permits, etc. They spent an hour with me reviewing what was needed and explaining my options and the work to be done. The quote was reviewed before they left. Other companies simply took a quick look around and emailed me a quote. I had full confidence in the competence of this company by the time they left. A bonus - the price was over $1,000 less than the competition.
Had full central air installed early 2016. The offered the best quality unit for best price and quickest install. Only issue I had was after the install, they snaked a duct around a pole that was to be removed and also left a hole uncovered. After calling owner, they came back and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Used A/C for the first time this year. Loved it! and my electric bills is lower than when I had window units!! They had flexible options for replacing the old central air conditioning.
The sales person was very nice and seemed honest and very knowledgeable. The installers were on time and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves. No complaints. We got another quote. They were not the least expensive, but we felt the product they were selling was superior, so we went with them. Very happy
They were fast,clean on time. No one wants to be without AC when it's hot. They came the night of the day that I call, and did the install on the second day. I couldn't be happier. Thank you.
