Service man was very friendly and knowledgeable
We had a minor repair and they were able to get someone over same day and repair the problem.
The salesman was very personable. He came to assess what had to be done, recommended a brand of faucet and shower head that had parts that are easily found. I am looking forward to having the company do the other services that are written in the contract, especially making sure my GAS Connections are working properly.
I used climate partners to verify work done by another business that stopped returning my calls. They were very honest and informative about the situation.
They came to look at the sump pump and leaking hose in the crawlspace. Because they found a foot of water in there, they didn't finish the job but recommended another service to pump out the water before repairing/replacing the sump pump. I can't properly complete this survey until the job is done.
Unfortunately, the plumber was incapable to unclog my kitchen sink and left with a messy sink.
