I wanted to cancel my subscription before getting charged. I couldn't find a way to do it. I don't have an active subscription, so I am unable to contact support. Support is horrible. With the windows update then I decided that I didn't like it, so I attempted to delete it. The Cleverbridge software stopped working. I tried for over a week to get support. My review is zero stars but you do not allow me to leave the zero. The company will not remove my personal and bank information and continues to try charging for subscriptions I did not authorize. They are a scam operation to steal money.

I bought a software from this company under Cleverbridge/Roxio. They came with a new update a few days after and expect us to upgrade paying a high price, instead of giving a free upgrade. I have never purchased a product from this company; however, I noticed an auto-renewal billed to my ****** account. As soon as it was disputed the company claims they suspended any future billing. This is fraudulent activity by this company and is meant to exploit individuals who might miss an unauthorized auto ****.

This company employs a bait and switch option when it comes to utilization of there services. Consumer Beware. When purchases a 30 day trial of any of there products they negate to inform you that you will be billed again once the 30 period has expired. An additional charge to your credit just mysteriously appears. So buyer run as far away as you can from this sham of a company.

DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SOFTWARE!!!! I purchase their data recovery software to retrieve files from a damaged SD card, their free software says it has found 21,000 files ready for recovery. After purchasing the software none of the 21,000 were recoverable. Only reason I decided to try it was their website offers money back guarantee.
