I have been a customer of Parallels software for the past 3 years. Last June I purchased a subscription for $49.99 to this software to be able to have free upgrades to the latest version for a year. The subscription cost was the same as the regular license cost so I thought "why not". When I went to utilize this subscription 8 months later, I downloaded and installed the upgrade only to be told that my license was not valid. Do not use this company they are a scam. They will keep billing you even when you tell them you don't want their service any more. This has happened twice so now I have to cancel my credit card and have a new account # issued to me. John B

Cleverbridge is a total scam company. we used our card to purchase the winzip drive from them and a few days later got several unauthorized charges from a different country come through. We had purchased nothing else online so I know it was coming from them. What a piece of crap company! If I could give zero stars, I would.

When i purchased ********** it was handled through a 3rd party named cleverbridge inc which my payment went to them. After attempting to use the service it wouldn't connect but continued to advertise to upgrade. so I contacted the seller cleverbridge inc as per instruction and now they are giving me the runaround telling me that they need to submit the request to ***** ***** for their approval and the money is in the hands of **********. that's funny since my payment from ****** went to cleverbridge so as far as I'm concerne... read more

I was billing 89.99 for a renewal on ***** without timely notice and without reasonable explanation in the process of signing up a year ago. I paid 39.99 last year and in the email, in fine print, it does say it will be billing me for the 89.99 the following year. It is fine print, not up front at all. Very deceptive. Do not use this service. Take your business elsewhere. There are too many antivirus companies now that are competitively priced and with better service and advertising.

cleverbridge reference number: **SSN** Ordered 2017 upgrade to ******* true image software. Submitted credit card order online but was declined. Checked with my bank and they confirmed that the charge did go through and my credit card was charged. I first opened a claim with ******* but was referred to cleverbridge. A phone call with cleverbridge service representative at 866-******** did not yield a satisfactory solution. I was extremely DISSASTISIFED!

Ordered software through one of thier "Partners" who promissed the upcoming newer version as soon as it was released. Contacted the software company several times, with not even a reply, finally contacted CleaverBridge. Thier response was that they only handle orders and fulfillment and upgrades so this did not apply, I would think that fulfillment would include making sure that the order was fulfilled? Will do little than collect the money, poor customer service.

I used Malwarbytes to clear up an issue with my computer 3 years ago - it worked but I thought it was a free program- such as a free trial - did not realize until this year I was being charged a yearly renewel - must have been in the fine print. It was listed on my credit card bill as CBI*Malwarbytes with a phone number after. I called my credit card company and they are taking the charge off my statement for this year.
