Cleverbridge charged my credit card for an annual renewal of 192.00 for Mikogo without notifying me in writing per (815 ILCS 601/10) of Illinois law: Written notice shall be provided to the consumer no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days before the cancellation deadline pursuant to the automatic renewal clause. DO NOT USE SOFTWARE PURCHASES WITH OUT RESEARCH OF YOUR OWN. Purchased a software product thru Cleverbridge for WinZip driver update. The software is junk, says it found driver updates and after installing the updated driver my display went back to the old cga/vga display with icons two inch square. Even after using the recommended display setting my screen was backdated. I had to restore back to an old restore point to get my system back to normal operating functions.

I was just about to file a complaint with the FTC after finding a Cleverbridge charge on my PayPal account and reading all of these "fraudulent charge" complaints. I checked the charge one more time and found a note that the charge was for WinRar, which I did purchase. If I could do zero starts I would. Purchased an item for $450 and was double charged a week later... all Cleverbridge said was "its an error" and never did anything to reverse it until I called 3 days in a row. The worst company on the planet.
Do not use. I had damage to my PC from prior malware. I prior diagnostic program worked well to clean up most of the items but identified 52 missing Win10 reg & dlls that needed to be replaced. When searching MajorGeeks, a freeware site that I have frequently used with success; came across the Re-Image product which stated that they could replace/refresh missing files. These people are corrupt scammers, they admit their product is wrong through email and still won't proceed with a refund. . Steer clear from ****** and cleverbridge, they will scam you too. Their only purpose is to sell a fraudulent product then hide behind policies as to why they can't offer a refund. I just recently saw a charge transaction on my bank account from this cleverbridge company. I never made that transaction or purchase whatever they are selling. I think someone somehow used my debit card info and made a purchase with them with my card, and according to their website if there's a charge from this company I should have received an email but I still haven't found it, also checked my spam/junk mail and nothing. be very careful when purchasing a software license for ease us data recovery. what you think is a one time one month subscription is really an indefinite automatic renewal for $59 a month. most users undoubtedly only need to recover their data once, yet this auto subscription is the only payment option. if you forget to cancel after the first month, you'll be hit for monthly charges until you end the unnecessary subscription. unethical practice at best

In November of 2018 Parallels completed crashed my new ******* *** and when I finally was able to load it again it was too buggy to be reliable. To add insult to injury one year later they auto renewed the subscription without any prior notice. This is highly unethical. I will never use their services again.
