I purchased the upgrade to **** ***** to the Pro version given the 100GB limitation to properly test this software. The program kept crashing during the 19 days since purchase and much to my surprise Cleverbridge has a no refund policy. Not that I ever saw easily on their website or throughout the checkout process. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY unless you don't mind the lose of money with not guarantees that the software will function!

Very negative experience. Cleverbridge Inc. has jeopardized the safety of my computer by canceling my membership with a malware company without my authorization.

This company is totally fraudulent. It has been making charges on my banking account without my permission. They charged my account $19.95 back in October of 2016 I had those charges reversed and refunded due to them being a fraudulent charge from this company. I then got charged $19.95 again in November 2016 after receiving a new card from my bank from the last fraudulent charges this company did with my debit card. purchased 2017 version of the software. installing it caused numerous errors, requiring multiple patches of downloads, crashed 3 of my computers, took us more than 2 days to restore our system. at one point it wanted to install windows 10 on our 7, messing up file system. tried to reach the company by email and phone no success. few years ago had exact same problem. thought after few years they would become improved.I've had my bank to investigate dispute. stay away from this product.
