a little over a year ago I purchased a data recovery software, I tried to use it for about a week and it was c*** I deleted it from my computer and forgot about it. today I was charged a fee of 106$ for a renewal of a worthless product. I contacted clever bridge, they canceled my subscription but refused to refund. these people hide the auto renewal and hope you don't notice until they hit you for another year of subscription for double the initial year. I utilized this business also known as Survio over a year ago to conduct a client survey for a one to three month period. I filled out there request to cancel form numerous ***********************. I was not satisfied with the quality of the survey. I also have some visual impairment so I contacted customer service by phone multiple, perhaps eight times to cancel. Once I found the refund phone number online, **** refunded my purchase within minutes. They are aware of bad reviews and say theyre working on it.

cleverbridge provides ecommerce solutions including payment processing on subscriptions for many different software providers. The customer had a CorelDRAW software subscription. The software publisher approved cleverbridge to process a refund for the 2020 subscription. The customer never contacted ********************** directly. Notice of automatic renewal comes on the day of renewal, not before. Unless you cancel before the renewal date the company makes you pay for the final year, threatening collections:)
A fraudulent payment processing system for WINZIP; downloaded software in 2019; operating system on laptop obsolete and continue charging my credit card even though I uninstalled and canceled subscription since 2020. The pandemic did not enable me to check and ***** the customer rep said ONLY 2022 will be refunded
I think this company is a scam. I downloaded their software a year ago because I got a message on my pc that my drivers were out of date. After downloading my whole computer was changed. Plus, they charged me twice. I was able to get a reversal of the 2nd charge and uninstalled the software. So on 2/7/22 they charged my credit card $33.02 without my concent and have not responded to my requests for a refund. I do not have their softward. They should not be in business.
