Cleverbridge is terrible. I purchase Malwarebytes every year on autorenewal. Received email that they are refunding my autopurchase and that my subscription is canceled. Turns out they receive reports about disputes every day and my CC was listed in error (I confirmed with CC co there are no disputes or blocks). Cleverbridge says it can do nothing, I have to start over. None of their CSRs is empowered to do anything but listen. My take? I submitted an order for software produced by *****. The price was $179.99. It was to be received by download. The order was submitted on 4/15/2019. It is now two full months later. I have received no information about downloading procedures. I have made online contact with *****, but to no avail. As far as I know, the payment, which was submitted in full is gone and I have not the hint of any contact from ***** or Cleverbridge. I purchased icons from their **** ********** brand (**************.com) for $149 and cannot find the files on my computer. The originally purchase email states to email support at **************.com to get another download link if needed. I have tried to email them 4 different times with NO RESPONSE. I have also reached out to them at info at ******.com and via their contact form on cleverbridge.com. I purchased a lifetime CCleaner professional liscense a few years ago for two computers that I still use. The company apparently went through a leadership change and now have changed the rules so that this liscense requires an annual fee. There is a thread about it on their forum at least 6 months old now and they are not acknowledging this change. I would recommend staying away from this group.

This company advertises a "one time" service and continues to bill for it annually. I tried calling twice and was left on hold for exactly 10 minutes 20 seconds each time and then hung up on. Then I wrote an email and they wrote back saying that they cancelled my account but they will not refund my money. I had to go to my bank to resolve it with them instead and did get my money back.

Who the heck are these people and how the heck do they get access to credit card numbers or ****** funds? Yet somehow they seem to charge people for an unsolicited "subscriptions."

I was sent an invoice from Cleverbridge without ever subscribing to their service. This company is a complete scam! BEWARE!

I was charged by Cleverbridge, Inc. without authorization or any advanced warning (not so much as an email or text alert) more than six months after my last interaction with the company (via Parallels, VM software).
