The kitchen staff that I saw the men had on doo rags and one female that I talked with had on a night cap I was ashamed because I work at a HCA hospital and that is a few things that u do not do because your coming in contact with the public where is the mgmt. in this it needs to be HANDLED

The nursing staff was friendly, and there were a few doctors who were really good. I have to say that this was the worst experience in a hospital I have ever had. There was so much equipment broken including my bed. My doctors kept contradicting each other. The specialists would set a plan and the attending physician would decide that was not what he thought should be done even though he is not a specialist of anything. I really should be giving this hospital a 1 star rating but I am not because the nurses who took care of my were fantastic. I had to have a csection in July and I recently found out I have MRSA and E.Coli in my csection site. I had to go to a surgeon where he had to reopen part of the site and clean it out and put packing in. There are 2 other spots on my body where I have MRSA also. My wife gave birth her and it was the most horrific time of our lives. It was supposed to be special and beautiful, and instead my wife and I were treated like scum by her doctor, the nurses and the anesthesiologist. My wife and I were verbally and mentally abused. I would like to recommend Clear Lake Regional Med Center Emergency Room to all of you. I had a rough couple of days and needed some help. We went to an ER in the medical center, first. Bad choice. Showing up with an elevated heart rate (about 40-50 beats per minute above my normal resting rate) and a slew of other symptoms, they did a 3 second EKG and said I could wait 9-10 hours in the waiting room. ZERO STARS. I had an awful birth experience here at the hands of Dr. Finley-Smith. I was treated as less than human throughout my labor, was verbally abused by her, some of the nurses and the anesthesiologist, and left with PTSD & PPD (diagnosed by a professional) as a result.
